SureFlap is a battery operated cat flap that uses the ID chip implanted in your cat as an electronic door key. Simply press the learn button and SureFlap remembers the next cat to pass through. Once programmed, SureFlap will open only for your cat(s) and can memorise up to 32 cat's identities.

Shipping
If you placed your order before 2:00pm UK Monday to Friday, we aim to ship the same day. Then it's up to our carriers (Royal Mail). It usually takes a couple of days from then to recieve your parcel.
Returns
You can cancel and return your goods to us within 7 working days of delivery by emailing info@justforpets.uk.com or phoning 01527 578007 (9am - 4pm Mon-Fri).
