Shipping
If you placed your order before 2:00pm UK Monday to Friday, we aim to ship the same day. Then it's up to our carriers (Royal Mail). It usually takes a couple of days from then to recieve your parcel.
Returns
You can cancel and return your goods to us within 7 working days of delivery by emailing info@justforpets.uk.com or phoning 01527 578007 (9am - 4pm Mon-Fri).
