What’s special about Just For Pets in Worcester?

Our staff will provide helpful friendly advice. We have a chinchilla expert in store as well as a large free car park and wide aisles. In addition to providing children’s competitions, we raise money for local animal charities each month. We also have regular visits from the ferrets, from Droitwich Ferret Welfare.

Pets owned by store manager: no pets at present, but had a cat called pepper who lived to the ripe old age of 21!

Whats so special about your store/staff? We are a large modern and spacious store that first opened in January 2003. We have ample parking right on the doorstep as well as shopping trollies for those big spenders.
We are very easy to find by car. Situated directly opposite Shrub Hill Train Station or if you fancy a walk we are 5 minutes away from the town centre, just over the canal.
Our store is very well laid out, measuring about 4800 square feet. We have different animal departments that are clearly marked out by signage, Including an aquatic section. It is very easy to find your pet desires from our fantastic range of products that are exclusive to us, Ranging from dog loo's to a hamter harness.
We have large display areas and regular promotion/offer ends.
Our range of products also include wild bird and poultry feeds and accessories.
Alongside familiar branded products you will find new lines only in a specialist store like ours, including "First Class" our own range of premium complete food for dogs and cats.
Although we are a big store, we have a very friendly and personal attitude towards all our customers and provide excellent customer service, of which we pride ourselves on.
All of our staff will greet you with a smile and a friendly "Hello". If you have any questions and queries we will do our very best to answer them.
Many of our members of staff have lots of animal experience and knowledge as they all have a wide range of pets themselves including a Chinchilla and Guinea pig expert. Some also have achieved animal related qualifications such as Animal care, Retail, Retail management, City and Guilds qualifications in Animal care endorsed by the Pet Care Trust.
We also have two SQP's to legally sell veterinary products such as Frontline Flea products and Drontal wormers. Also if you are unable to find the product you are looking for we may be able to order it.

-Budgies and Canaries= In 2 large avaries -Cockatiels and Finches=In 2 large avaries -Tropical and Coldwater fish
-Sometimes Chinchillas Something different- Stick insects Giant
African Land Snails.
We dont sell reptiles but stock a range of Live foods, Substrates,
Feeders, Bedding etc.
